HPIS developed an integrated financial and operational model for a growing plastics recycling business that included a 7-year forecast with multiple scenarios based on variable raw material costs, pricing options, machine-by-machine production forecast, flowing through the 3 financial statements, analyzing investment returns options; the forecast included weekly detail for the first 3 months, and monthly detail for the first 3 years, an ability to compare various financing scenarios, and capex / plant expansion scenarios.
