For this acquisition of a supplier to Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive customers HPIS conducted an in-depth study of the automotive market and demand for plastic components and parts, modeled operations and financial performance with several item-by-item sales forecast scenarios tied to capital expenditures on plant capacity and expansion of the product line. Our materials were used to raise senior debt and equity capital for the transaction.
